Kibbutz and Moshav as a model promote the development of the agricultural economy of Israel.Today,the Moshav is a major kind of Israeli agricultural cooperative economic organizations,which give full play to the administrative and economic function.Meanwhile,it gets strong government support.Moshavis is similar to China Agriculture community as a comprehensive agricultural society.Learning from the successful experience of its it development,it can rurally improve our economic organization： government should establish the policy system for cooperative economic organizations,training professional people for the cooperative development and deepening the reform of cooperatives in order to obtain a specific development environment.
