摘要
针对化学类专业高分子成型加工课程内容多任务重课时少的特点,提出了有别于传统课堂教学的新模式———新型课堂理论教学与实验教学相结合的教学模式。通过讲授、自制的FLASH加工模拟动画和录像视频等进行课堂教学,通过简单亲手参加加工实验,参观挤出、注射机、中空吹塑等成型加工设备和观看实际的成型加工过程,使学生在短期内达到了在理论和感性上学懂该门课程的效果,受到了学生的欢迎。
Due to less course hours and heavier task for chemical majors(non-polymer major) students,a new teaching mode is proposed for the course Polymer Processing which is different from the traditional class teaching.This new teaching mode includes oral presentation,flash animation which made by ourselves and video presentation,a small experiment,and watching varies processing process.After practicing the new teaching mode,the undergraduate students of chemical majors have well understood the polymer processing course in theoretically and practically.
