浅谈高等农业院校预防兽医学实验室建设与管理

Constructionand management of preventive veterinary labs in higher agricultural college

兽医实验室是农业院校校培养兽医人才的重要基地,也是动物疫病防控体系的重要组成部分。加强兽医实验室建设管理是实现"预防为主"动物疫病防控方针的基础。从实验室运行机制、管理模式及队伍建设等方面,阐述了河南科技学院预防兽医学实验室建设与管理的经验和思路,为同类实验室提供借鉴。

The veterinary laboratory is not only an important base for training veterinary talents for agricultural university or college,but also the important part of the animal epidemic prevention system.To consolidate construction and management of veterinary laboratory is the base of carrying out the policy of putting prevention first in veterinary work.We introduce the experience and thought of the construction and experimental of the prevention veterinary specialties labs from three parts,these are operation mechanism,management pattern and the building of teaching faculty.
