消脂通脉颗粒治疗高脂血症的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of hyperlipemia with Xiaozhitongmai Granule

目的观察消脂通脉颗粒治疗高脂血症的临床疗效和安全性,以期为临床治疗高脂血症提供安全有效的药物。方法 62例患者采取随机双盲双模拟试验方法分为试验组与对照组(月见草油组)各31例进行临床观察。结果消脂通脉颗粒有明显的降血脂作用,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);同时能明显改善临床主要症状,对头重如裹、呕恶痰涎、心前区刺痛、失眠均有良好的疗效。未发现不良反应。结论消脂通脉颗粒降脂疗效肯定,是治疗高脂血症安全有效的药物。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety on treatment of hyperlipemia with Xiaozhitongmai Granule, and provide an effective and safe medicine for its clinical application. Methods 62 cases of hyperlipemia patients were divided by a double blind and double model controlled method into 2 groups ：31 cases in group of Xiaozbitongmai Granule and 31 cases in group of Yuejiancaoyou Gapsule. Results Xiaozhitongmai Granule had an obvious effect on lowering blood - lipid. There was a marked difference comparing with control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. It could also improve heavy sensation of head, vomiting phlegm, chest pain and insomnia with no adverse reactions. Conclusion Xiaozhitongmai Granule can lower blood - lipid. It was an effective and safe medicine on treatment of hyperlipemia.
