摘要
目的建立索法酮有关物质的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,用三乙胺调节流动相pH值至3.5,检测波长为348 nm。结果线性范围为1.23~3.28μg.mL-1,方法专属性强、灵敏度高、精密度好。结论该方法适用于索法酮有关物质的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of related compounds in Sofalcone. Methods HPLC was employed with Octadecylsilane chemically bonded to silica as stationary phase. The pH value of mobile phase was adjusted to 3. 5 using triethylamine. The detecting wavelength was set at 348 nm. Results The calibration curve of Sofalcone was linear in the range of 1.23 - 3.28 μg·mL-1. Specificity, sensitivity and precision of the method were satisfying. Conclusion This method was suitable for determining related compounds in Sofalcone.
