超速训练法提高短跑运动员速度的实验研究

摘要 运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等多种研究方法,对学生短跑运动员采用下坡跑、胶带牵引跑2种超速训练法在提高短跑速度方面进行了探讨.研究表明,超速训练法在改善中枢神经系统调节对抗肌之间协调性,提高对肌肉紧张与放松调节能力,增强运动员的灵敏度以及改善短跑技术结构方面具有显著效果,从而增强短跑加速能力、提高短跑最大速度以及保持最大速度的能力.本研究旨在为教练员提供理论及实践参考. This paper explores the downhill sprinter and tape traction run training method to enhance sprint speed with the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.The result shows that speeding training method is good for improving the central nervous system that regulates coordination between antagonistic muscle,increasing muscle tension and relaxation of the regulation,increasing the sensitivity of the athletes and to improve the technical structure of sprint with a significant effect,thus enhancing the ability of sprint speed,improving sprint maximum speed and the ability to maintain maximum speed.This study was designed to provide theoretical and practical references for coaches.
