摘要
教研室是按学科、专业或课程设置的教学研究组织。文章借鉴熊彼特的创新理论,主要集中在意识创新、教学创新、科研创新、管理创新等几个方面对高校专业教研室在创新建设方面进行探讨。
Teaching and Research Section is the teaching and research organization according to subjects,specialities or courses offered.Based on the Innovation Theory of Schumpeter,this article discusses about innovation construction of College Specialized Teaching and Research Section mainly focusing on the following main aspects： consciousness innovation,teaching innovation,scientific research innovation and management innovation.
