维持性血液透析合并艾滋病、梅毒患者的管理

The Management for the Patients Merging AIDS or Syphilis in Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的探讨血液净化中心收治维持性血液透析合并艾滋病、梅毒抗体阳性患者在消毒隔离、卫生宣教、心理护理等方面的管理工作。方法严格执行血液净化中心质量控制的要求,加强对维持性血液透析合并艾滋病、梅毒抗体阳性患者的管理;定期对医护人员进行系统的艾滋病、梅毒职业防护培训,建立防护保障制度,加强自我防护意识。结果 11例患者在我院共进行血液透析1031例次,均治疗至今。11例患者在本中心治疗期间,均未发生医院内交叉感染。结论提高医护人员对艾滋病、梅毒的认识,制定科学合理的诊疗流程,切实落实各种消毒隔离制度,加强自身防护,避免发生医院内交叉感染。

Objective To discuss the management for hemodialysis admitted by our blood purification center in nursing. Methods Strictly excuting the requirement for management for the patients merging AIDS or syphilis in the patients merging AIDS or syphilis antibody positive in maintenance the field of disinfection and isolation/health education and psychological qulity control formulated by our blood purification and strengthening the maintenance hemodialysis; Regularly training medical personnel to protect AIDS or syphilis professionally in system. Establishing protection system and Strengthening the consciousness of self protection. Results. In our hospital 11 patients have dialysised 1031 times, all of them are still treated and did not take place of cross infection. Conclution Improving the knowlegement to AIDS and syphilis for medical personnel, making scientific process for diagrosis and treatment, Implementating the system of disinfection and isolation, Strengthening self protect to avoidcross infection in hospital.
