摘要
目的通过对院前急救车辆实施"6S"管理,保证院前急救车辆处于备用状态,提高院前急救工作效率和护理质量。方法将"6S"理论用于院前急救车辆的管理,用"6S"6个步骤来管理院前急救车辆上的物品、仪器设备。结果院前急救工作人员都能做到班班交接,自觉维护院前急救车辆物品的清洁,院前急救物品完好率达100%。结论 "6S"用于院前急救车辆的管理,提高了抢救效率,同时提高了患者对院前急救工作的满意度,并节约了成本支出。
Objective To carry out "6s" management of emergency ambulance, the readiness of the ambulance can be guaranteed, and the efficiency and quality of the first aid can be improved. Methods The "6s" theory was used to the management of the equipment and apparatus in the emergency ambulance with its 6 steps. Results The first aid staff could make the perfect handover, maintaining the cleanness and readiness of the emergency ambulance, keeping 100% of vehicle availability rate. Conclusion By using "6s" theory to the management of the ambulance, the save efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, the degree of satisfaction of the patients will be increased and the cost can be reduced.
