摘要
从定性与定量角度分析2009年底才上升为国家级的鄱阳湖生态经济区区域创新体系的现状及其成因,并从营造优良的区域创新环境、培育弘扬科学精神的创新文化、积极开展创新主体间的产学研合作、加强中介组织网络化建设等方面提出相应的对策。
From the perspective of qualitative and quantitative, this paper analyzes the present situation and its causes of the regional innovation system in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone. And it proposes appropriate countermeasures. These measures include creating a good environment for innovation, cultivating the culture of innovation to promote spirit of science, actively carrying out research cooperation between the main body of universities, research institutes and enterprises, strengthening the network construction of intermediary organizations, and SO on.
