摘要 构建低碳技术创新政策体系,应该从政策保障体系、组织支撑体系、低碳技术的创新体系、中介服务体系、资金保障体系、人才保障体系等方面及所包含的不同范围去建设,应该从这些方面全面整体地去构建。这样才能建立相对完善的真正能够促进低碳技术创新发展的政策支撑体系。 Building the policy system of low-carbon technology innovation,should establish it from the policy support system, the organization support system, low-carbon technology innovation system, intermediary service system, funding security system, personnel security system etc. and included, a diverse range. Should be from these areas to build a comprehensive and holistic marmerl So as to establish a relatively'sound policy support system that can really promote the development of low carbon technology innovation.
