摘要
科技创新的关键在人才,加强创新型科技人才队伍建设业已成为我国建设创新型国家、赢得国际竞争优势的必然选择。在阐述我国创新型科技人才队伍建设所取得的成就的基础上,针对我国现存的创新型科技人才体制机制、人才数量和结构布局方面的问题进行分析,并联系我国科技发展实际,相应地提出了一些对策性建议。
Talents are key for science and technology innovation, strengthing the construction of creative scientific talent team is the inevitable choice for building an innovation country and winning the competition advantage. This paper explains the status and problems of creative scientific talent team construction, such as talent mechanism, talents quantity, and talent structure. At last, the paper puts forward some countermeasures by combining technology development situation.
