正常屠宰猪致病性猪链球菌7型的鉴定和特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 从江苏某地正常屠宰猪扁桃体分离到1株细菌,命名为HA100111。该细菌呈链球菌的特征形态,药敏试验表明该菌株对多种抗生素有耐药性。经PCR及序列分析,确定该分离菌株为猪链球菌7型,其毒力因子基因型为gdh+/m rp-/epf-/sly-/orf2+/fbps+。动物致病性试验表明,该菌对ICR小鼠和新西兰兔有较强的致病性,对ICR小鼠半数致死量为2.67×107CFU,但是对仔猪无明显致病作用。得出结论,在正常猪扁桃体中可携带致病性的猪链球菌7型。
