摘要
以云南德宏州普通油茶果实经济性状及其脂肪酸组成成分为综合指标,评价了10个优良单株的果实品质,并进行了不同品质指标间的相关性分析,旨在为油茶良种选育及优中选优提供科学依据。研究结果表明:干籽出仁率、不饱和脂肪酸含量等较高;硬脂酸、芥酸含量较低;各内外品质指标间具有一定的相关性。茶油的综合品质由高到低依次是优株XC042、XC053、XC043、XC059、XC044、XC040、LHPS045、XC037、XC057、XC049。
Taking economic characters and fatty acid compositions of fruit in Camellia oleifera in Dehong,Yunnan province as composite indicators,fruit qualities were evalued,and correlation between different quality indicatorsfruit were researched,in order to provide a scientific basis for selecting and breeding superior varieties in C.oleifera.The results showed that those individuals had high kernel rate of dry seed,unsaturated fatty acid content,and so on.They had low contents of stearic acid and erucic acid.There existed some correlation relationship in the external and internal quality indexes.Based on comprehensive quality,the descending order of the fine individuals was XC042,XC053,XC043,XC059,XC044,XC040,LHPS045,XC037,XC057,XC049.
