Installation of built-in DGPS for the REV 1B version of Vib Pro

REV 1B版本的Vib Pro电控系统配置的是外置DGPS系统。随着使用年限的延长,DGPS系统老化现象严重,故障率高,且维修缺少备件。为了不影响生产,决定将Vib Pro电控箱体配置的外置DGPS改进为与之配套的内置Novatel DGPS系统。本文详细地介绍了为REV 1B版本的Vib Pro箱体加装内置DGPS的方法,以及改造中出现的问题及具体的解决方法。

REV 1B version of Vib Pro electronic control system is configured with an external DGPS system originally. With the extension of working life, a series of problems often occurred in DGPS system, such as high failure rate and lacking of spare parts for maintenance. In order to ensure the field production, an external DGPS can be replaced by a complete built-in Novatel DGPS system. This paper describes the installation method of built-in DGPS in detail and presents solutions for some problems appeared.
