浅谈网络多媒体课件的开发及应用

Discussion on the development and application of network multimedia courseware

计算机技术的飞速发展,以及网络与多媒体技术的完美融合,使得网络多媒体课件在培训中渐渐崭露头角。开发和应用好网络多媒体课件,不仅仅要掌握好开发技术,还要结合培训需求合理设计课件,充分发挥网络多媒体课件在企业实施"人才战略"和"构建学习型组织"中的作用。本文对网络多媒体课件在物探企业培训中的开发及应用进行探讨。

With the rapidly developing of computer technology, multimedia technology and network technology as well as the perfect fusion of network, multimedia courseware has gradually attracted more and more attention in training. How to develop multimedia courseware and how to take it into application, not only ask to grasp the development of newly technology, combine the training needs to design the reasonable course, but also need to give full play to the network multimedia courseware in enterprise to implement talent strategy and construction of learning-oriented organization in the role. Based on the development and application of network multimedia courseware in the enterprise training of geophysical exploration, experiences of the author were shared in this paper.
