摘要
给出构造任意16k(k∈N)阶具有Franklin半幻方特性幻方的第三种造法及其严格证明.
This paper is to explain the third method of constructing any 16kth-order（k∈N） magic square with the attributes of Franklin semi-magic square and its fairly rigorous proof.
