建设马克思主义学习型政党是党的建设新的伟大工程。党内的学习风气和学习情况总体上是好的,但相当一部分党员缺少学习的内在动力,精神懈怠,缺乏对理想的不懈追求。动车的快速在于精心设计的动力系统,建设学习型政党,关键要建立健全激发党员学习动力的规章制度:落实党员学习责任制,营造开放互动的学习环境,创新党员学习的技术手段,拓展全方位的学习渠道,形成注重学习的良好氛围。

Building a Marxist learning-typed party is a great new project of the Party＇s construction.The learning atmosphere and state within the Party is generally good,but a considerable part of the party members are mentally sluggish,and lack intrinsic motivation to learn and lack continuous pursuit of the ideal.The quick speed of the bullet train depends on its well-designed power system;so the key to building a learning-typed party is to establish a set of sound rules and regulations to stimulate the Party members＇ learning motivation：to form the policy orientation of laying stress on learning,to implement the responsibility system for members to learn,to create an open interactive learning environment,to innovate learning techniques,and to develop a full range of learning channels.
