摘要
目的:探讨全麻支撑喉镜下声带息肉手术的治疗经验。方法:总结分析48例声带息肉患者手术治疗的过程。结果:48例患者声带息肉的发生率与性别、年龄、职业有关,46例满意,2例复发。结论:全麻支撑喉镜下是声带息肉手术方法之一,视野清晰,效果良好。
Objective ..To discuss the experience of glottic polypus surgery under anesthesia laryngoscope-supported. Methods ：To analyzed the course of 48 cases curd by glottie polypus surgery under anesthesia laryngoscope-supported. Results：The occurrence of 48 eases glottic polypus was related to sex,age and job. Two patients relapsed,while 46 cases satisfied. Conclusion：anesthesia laryngoscope supported was one way of surgical treatments of glottic polypus,with clear vision and good effect.
