摘要
时效是降低焊接结构件残余应力、稳定工件尺寸的主要方法,在焊接结构件的处理中有着广泛的运用。介绍了目前用于焊接结构件的几种时效处理方法,包括自然时效,热时效,振动时效及其他新型时效方法,并对几种时效方法的特点和研究进展进行对比和论述。
Aging treatment is the main method to reduce residual stress and keeps the size stability for welding structure, and has been widely used for welding structure. Several kinds of aging treatment methods are introduced in this paper, including natural aging, heat ageing, vibratory stress relief and other new aging method. The characteristics of the several aging methods and thier research progress are discussed
