摘要
对45钢无毒盐浴氮碳共渗工艺进行了研究。结果表明,共渗的温度和时间对渗层深度、结构和显微硬度梯度的影响很大,存在一个合理的温度和时间范围。在该范围内调整共渗温度和时间,可以获得理想的渗层。
Studied on the proccess of 45 steel nitrocarburizing with non-toxic in salt bath, the results show there are a great impact the temperature and time of nitrocarburizing on the case depth, structure and microhardness gradients, and a reasonable range of temperature and time to be able to gain the ideal nitrided layer by changing the temperature and time in it.
