摘要
本文介绍了热处理清洗方法和设备,通过选择合适的清洗方式和设备可以去除残留在工件表面上的污垢,提高工件表面清洁度,确保后序热处理对工件表面的质量,尤其对化学热处理更重要,也可减少了环境污染。
Cleaning methods and equipments of heat treating are introduced in this paper. The residue dire on the surface can be removed by choosing the suitable methods of cleaning, to improve the surface cleanliness and to insure follow-up heat treating on surface quality requirement of the parts, especiaUy in chemical heat treatment, and environmental pollution can be reduced too.
