微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床总结

Clinical Summary of Microwave Treatment of Cervical Erosion

目的探讨微波治疗宫颈糜烂后应用康妇特栓的临床效果。方法对大同市第六人民医院248例宫颈糜烂患者采用ECO多功能微波治疗仪治疗,术后应用康妇特栓辅助治疗,观察手术时间,患者反应及术后宫颈创面愈合情况。结果随访至10周,宫颈糜烂一次性治愈率88.3%,有效率100%,无继发性出血,感染发生,治愈时间与宫颈糜烂程度和深度有关。结论使用ECO多功能微波治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂操作简单安全,效果好,患者不良反应较小,配合使用康妇特栓可促进创面愈合,减少出血,感染的发生。

Objective： Study on the clinical effect of the application of Kangfute suppository after Microwave treatment of cervical erosion.Methods： In our hospital 248 cases of cervical erosion was treatment with ECO multi-functional microwave apparatus,then apply adjuvant therapy by Kangfute suppository,and observe the operation time,the patient response and postoperative cervical wound healing.Result： Follow up 10 weeks to the patients,One-time cure rate was 88.3%,effective percentage was 100%,there was no happen to secondary hemorrhage and infection.Healing time related to the extent and depth of cervical erosion.Conclusion： It is simple,safe,effective and less adverse reactions to treat of cervical erosion by applying the ECO multi-functional microwave apparatus,Using in conjunction with Kangfute suppository can promote wound healing,and reducing the incidence of bleeding and infection.
