经伤椎椎弓根置钉治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折

The injury vertebral pedicle screws treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture

目的探讨经伤椎椎弓根置钉对胸腰椎爆裂性骨折临床疗效。方法对15例爆裂性胸腰椎骨折患者采用后路经伤椎椎弓根置钉固定治疗。结果伤椎体高度基本恢复,内固定无松动。结论采用伤椎椎弓根置钉技术对胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的治疗效果满意。

Objective To investigate the vertebral pedicle screws for injury to thoracolumbar burst fracture clinical curative effect. Methods 15 cases of burst of thoracolumbar fractures were treated by travelling vertebral pedicle after injury for nail fixed treatment. Results Injury vertebral highly basic recovery, internal fixation without shake. Conclusion The injury vertebral pedicle by nail technology for the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture with satisfactory effect.
