医院5694张急诊处方分析

Analysis of prescription in emergency department of our hospital

目的了解急诊处方情况,为提高笔者所在医院合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取笔者所在医院2011年1～7月的急诊处方5694张进行分析。结果查出不合格处方232张,占所查处方的4.07%,主要是处方书写不规范和用药不合理等方面。结论笔者所在医院急诊处方和用药基本合理,但仍需加强处方管理力度,同时医生和药师应加强合理用药知识的学习和更新。

Objective To investigate the situation of the emergency prescription in our hospital and to improve the rational drug use. Methods A total of 5694 emergency prescriptions were selected randomly in our hospital from January to July in 2011. Results There were 232 irrational prescriptions, accounting for 4. 07%, mainly included prescription writing and irrational drug use. Conclusion The prescription writing and drug use in the emergency department in our hospital is rational on the whole, yet the prescription management should be enhanced. Therefore, doctors and pharmacists should study and update the knowledge of rational drug use.
