摘要
论文回顾了我国大黄鱼产业发展历程,将我国大黄鱼产业发展划分为四个时期:捕捞期、养殖技术研发期、养殖产业化形成期、产业相对成熟期。以作者10多年来对大黄鱼养殖产业发源地与核心区的宁德大黄鱼产业发展历程跟踪研究及大黄鱼主要养殖区调研,分析其市场形成与产业特性及发展规律,指出影响产业稳定发展的因素,提出了以提升品质、打造品牌、推广饮食文化为主的市场拓展建议。
This paper reviews the development process of Large Yellow Croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea) industry in China and separates the development of the industry into four stages: capturing period, developing period of cultivation techniques, forming period of cultivation industrialization and relative maturity of cultivation industrialization. The development course of cultured Large Yellow Croaker in Ningde City as the original and core areas is follow-up studied and surveyed by authors for more than ten years, and then market formation, industrial characteristic trait and development rules are also analyzed. According to above analyzing, authors point out the stability factors of industry development, meanwhile the market expanding of quality promotion, brand development and the popularity of catering culture are suggested.
