摘要
利用β-葡聚糖酶能够降解含刚果红染料的高分子量大麦β-葡聚糖从而使培养基产生透明圈的特点,对采集的土样进行了分离纯化,得到一株高产β-葡聚糖酶的菌株并做了初步鉴定。结果表明,筛选到1株高产β-葡聚糖酶的菌株,命名为ZJ2132,其酶活可达142.36 U/mL。通过初步鉴定,该菌株为木霉属中的Trichoderma sp.。
Abstract: Using the characteristics that β-glucanase can degrade high molecular weight barley β-glucan which containing Congo red dye to produce transparent circle to separate and purify the collected soil samples, and a high-yield strain for β-glucanase was obtained and identified preliminarily. The results showed that the screened high-yield strain for β-glucanase was named as ZJ2132, and its enzymatic activity can reach 142.36 U/mL. Through the preliminary identification, the ZJ2132 belong to Trichoderma sp. from Trichoderma.
