烟草质体色素研究进展

Progress of Plastic Pigment in Tobacco

为了阐述质体色素及其降解物与烟叶的外观质量和品质的密切关系,综述了质体色素在烟叶生长成熟、调制及醇化过程中的含量变化、降解机制、质体色素及其降解物与烟叶品质的关系,旨在为生产优质烟叶提供理论依据,并提出了今后的研究重点应放在调控色素在各个不同时期的最佳含量方面,形成系统完整的量化指标。

Cytoplasmic pigment and its degradation products have a close relationship with appearance quality and inner quality of tobacco. In order to provide theoretical references for production of quality tobacco, the content changes, degradation mechanism of cytoplasmic pigment in processes of growth, modulation and alcoholization were analyzed respectively, and the relationship between cytoplasmic pigment including its degradation products and quality of tobacco was summarized. The results indicated that the future researches should focus on regulation of the optimum content of pigment at different stages to form a complete system of quantitative indexes.
