摘要 以杂柑新品种诺瓦和天草为试材,测定了其果实在贮藏过程中的品质变化。结果表明:诺瓦和天草在一般通风条件下贮藏60 d后总糖、可溶性固形物、酸和Vc含量均下降。建议在贮藏60 d后即要销售。 The changes in the fruit quality of new hybrid orange varieties Nuova and Tiancao during storage were tested.The results showed that the total sugar,soluble solids,acid and Vc contents in the fruits of Nuova and Tiancao were all decreased after 60 days'storage under the general ventilated condition.So it is suggested that the fruits should be sold immediately after 60 days' storage.
