用溴麝香草酚蓝鉴别芦笋雌雄性 被引量:1

摘要 以芦笋试管苗、袋育苗和成年植株3个不同生长阶段的茎叶为材料,应用溴麝香草酚蓝(BTB)法对芦笋的雌雄性别进行了鉴别,试验结果表明:雌、雄株提取液加入BTB液后雌株转色快于雄株,反应6~8 h时在620 nm处雌、雄株吸光值出现差异,是鉴别芦笋雌、雄性别的最佳时期;不同生长阶段的材料转色速度不同,试管苗雌株混合液在反应6 h时转为黄色,雄株混合液呈黄绿色;袋育苗、成年植株雌株混合液在反应8 h时转为黄色,雄株混合液仍为黄绿色。 The stems and leaves of asparagus test-tube seedlings,bag seedlings and grown plants were chosen to discriminate asparagus sex by using bromothymol blue(BTB).The results showed that the female plants changed color faster than the male plants after adding BTB into the extract solution.There was absorbance difference at 620 nm between them after 6~8 hours' reaction,and it was the best time to identify the male plant and female plant of asparagus.The color-changing speed of the tested material was different among three different growth stages,the mixed solution of female plants of test-tube seedlings turned yellow when the reaction lasted for 6 h,while that of male plants turned Kelly.The mixed solution of female plants of bag seedlings and grown plants turned yellow till 8 h,while that of male plants turned Kelly.
