模拟宣纸的手工制造工艺设计出一整套造纸法再造烟叶小样制作的设施与工艺。经验证,经该设施抄造的片基物理性能、化学指标与生产线基本一致,且具有涂布量、打浆度等参数灵活控制、成本低等优点,适合该行业的实验室小样制作。

A series of facilities and crafts for the making of reconstituted tobacco sheets through paper-making method were designed by simulating the rice paper＇s manufacturing process.Through confirmation,the physical and chemical properties of the tobacco sheets reconstituted by these facilities were basically consistent with those in the production line,the new process could flexibly control the coating weight and plasm-beating degree,and reduce the production cost.It was suitable for this industry＇s sample making in the laboratory.
