摘要 综述了近年来栽培稻抗旱性相关性状QTL定位及分子育种研究进展,针对当前水稻抗旱研究中存在的问题,提出了在今后进一步利用分子育种技术培育节水抗旱稻的对策。 This article summarizes the QTL mapping of the drought-resistant traits of cultivated rice and the research advance in molecular breeding in recent years,and points out the countermeasures of breeding water-saving and drought-resistant rice varieties by using molecular breeding in the future,aiming at the existent problems in the study on the drought-resistance of rice.
