固相萃取─高效液相色谱法测定水中多环芳烃PAHs 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了7种水中多环芳烃高效液相色谱的检测方法,其中以ACCUBOND ODS C18作为水中PAHs固相萃取柱的萃取效率最高,不仅各组分的回收效率和检测灵敏度高,而且具有操作简便、溶剂用量小的特点,符合水中多环芳烃检测的基本要求,其峰面积与质量浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数≥0.9990,平均加标回收率为81.8%~107.4%,相对标准偏差为1.80%~5.73%。 Seven kinds of SPE-HPLC methods for the detection of PAHs in water were introduced in this article,and the extraction efficiency was the highest when ACCUBOND ODS C18 and Oasis HLB were used as the solid phase extraction column,it not only had good recovery efficiency and high detection sensitivity,but also had the characters of easy operation and little solvent dosage,and all above corresponded with the basic requirements of PAHs detection.The peak area had good linear relation with the mass concentration,with the correlation coefficient of more than 0.9990.The average recovery rate was 81.8%~107.4%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.80%~5.73%.
