摘要
以果梅当年生硬枝为插穗,研究了影响果梅扦插繁殖的因素,结果表明:不同基因型、生根粉浓度、枝条段位对果梅扦插成活率的影响达极显著水平,其中莺宿果梅枝条的扦插成活率最高,为90%;用200 mg/L生根粉浸泡2 h的扦插效果最佳,其成活率高达80%;当年生枝条中部节段最有利于扦插枝条的成活。
Using the one-year-old hardwood branches of Prunus mume as cuttings,the factors affecting the propagation of Prunus mume by cuttage were studied.The results revealed that the genotype,concentration of rooting powder,segment part of branch significantly affected the survival rate of Prunus mume cuttings.The cuttings of Yingsu Prunus mume showed the highest survival rate,being 90%.Immersing the hardwood branches in 200 mg/L rooting powder solution for 2 h got the best propagation effect,and the survival rate of the cuttings reached 80%.Taking the middle part of hardwood branches as cutting was best for the survival of the cuttings.
