地道粉葛的地理标志知识产权保护的思考

Thoughts on Protection of Geographical Indication Intellectual Property of Kudzu

粉葛(亦称葛根、甘葛),是药食两用植物,为历史悠久的中药材。我国现有地理标志粉葛3种:合水粉葛、横峰葛、火山粉葛。介绍了我国粉葛的地理标志产品保护、地理标志商标注册、地理标志产品专用标志使用以及地理标志粉葛的品种与立地条件,探讨了地道粉葛的地理标志知识产权保护发展对策,并提出一系列建议。

Kudzu,a medicinal and edible plant,it is a traditional Chinese medicine crop.There are three geographical indications of Kudzu in our country： Heshui Kudzu,Hengfeng Kudzu and Huoshan Kudzu.The paper introduces the protection of geographical indication products,the trademark registration of geographical indications,the application of special mark of geographical indication products of Kudzu,as well as the varieties and their planting conditions of Kudzu with geographical indications in China,and then discusses the strategies for the protection and development of the geographical indication intellectual property of Kudzu,finally puts forward a series of suggestions.
