摘要
教育行为是教育者对教育情境的反应。教育习惯是教育者在复杂的教育情境中形成的自动的、稳定的教育行为方式。教育习俗是多数教育者在长时间的过程中逐渐形成的固定化、模式化的心理和行为的共同习惯。三者相互依赖、相互影响,成为促进或阻碍教育发展的内部隐性力量。
Education behavior refers to an educational object’s response to certain educational contexts,education habits mean educators’ automatic and constant behavioral style shaped in the complex educational situations,and education conventions are the commonly accepted mental and behavioral practices stabilized and modeled in education.The three correlated and interactive elements can be implicit factors to positively or negatively influence the development of education.
