试论高校党组织作风建设的长效机制

A Study on the Construction of the Long-term Effective System for Party Organization’s Style in Colleges and Universities

阐述了高校党组织作风建设长效机制的构建原则和现实意义,并立足于高校党组织作风建设实践,从教育宣传、组织领导、干部管理、监督预警和惩处激励等不同角度,提出了作风建设长效机制构建策略。

This study is based on the realistic significance and connotation of the long-term effective system for party organization’s style construction in colleges and universities,as well as the analysis of the style construction principle.According to some outstanding problems which exist in the process of party organization’s style construction in colleges and universities,this paper comes up with some construction strategies for the long-term effective system of the style construction,which concern educational propaganda,organizational leadership,cadre management,early-warning supervision,punishments and incentives,etc.
