摘要
基于高职教师专业成长的内涵要素,分析了当前高职教师专业成长的困惑,明确了教师专业成长的方向,论证了教师专业成长方式与路径,并从政府层面、企业层面、学校层面、教师层面提出促进教师专业成长的建议。
The paper aims to consider the predicament of higher vocational college teachers’ professional progress in terms of the internal factors in their special advance.It thus suggests the specific accesses to teachers’ professional growth in the sense of governments,enterprises,schools and teachers themselves.
