摘要 本文对燃烧器吹扫的原理和法规标准要求进行了简要介绍;通过数学建模和理论分析,推导出了理想状态下燃油燃气锅炉炉膛吹扫过程中燃气浓度变化规律;并对以天然气为燃料的燃烧器吹扫过程进行了数值模拟分析,揭示了吹扫过程中炉膛内燃气分布规律,对不同吹扫空气量下对应的吹扫时间关系进行了分析求解和规律总结。通过本文研究,将对工程实际应用提供一定的参考作用。 The principle of prepurge and the requirements of different codes/standards for the prepurge of burner were briefly introduced in the article. Based on the mathematical modeling and theoretic analysis of prepurge, the rules for the change of concentration of fuel gas under ideal condition during prepurge period in the furnace of oil/gas fired boiler was revealed. The rules of the diffuse of natural gas was also disclosed by means of numerical simulation for the prepurge of burner, and also the relationship between prepurge air flow rates and the minimum prepurge time was studied and summarized. The research of this article could be used as reference for the actual engineering application.
