循环流化床锅炉返料腿堵塞原因及应对

Reason and Countermeasures on Jamming the Return Material leg of CFB Boiler

结合中国石油化工股份公司天津分公司热电部#8、#9循环流化床锅炉的两次返料腿堵塞事故,描述了CFB锅炉返料腿堵塞整个过程,分析了锅炉床压高、长期低负荷后快速变负荷、返料腿超温、分离器斜坡板结块脱落、DCS测点不准是造成这两次返料腿结焦的主要原因,并提出了返料腿堵塞的实用应急处理方法及预防措施,对同类循环流化床锅炉具有一定的参考价值。

With two accidents condition of jamming the return material leg of #8, #9 CFB boilers in Thermal Power Plant of SINOPEC Tianjin Company, this paper describes the entire process for jamming the return material leg of the CFB boiler. The main reasons for these two accidents are analyzed with the high bed-pressure of boiler, quickly variable load in the long-term low load, over temperature in the return material leg, falling off the harden on the separator＇s slope, unreliable parameters on DCS, and puts forward the countermeasures and preventive measures. It has a certain reference value of the similar circulating fluidized bed boiler.
