摘要
研究了地下水水位为2 m时,不同浓度的咸水(1.5、2.5、3.5和4.5 g/L)灌溉对冬小麦株高、叶面积指数、分蘖干重、叶绿素含量的影响.结果表明:当咸水的浓度为1.5 g/L时,平均株高为58.9 cm,平均叶面积指数为5.69,平均分蘖干重为1.41 g,平均叶绿素含量为26.39 mg/L;与1.5 g/L浓度咸水灌溉相比,浓度为2.5 g/L时平均株高、平均叶面积指数、平均分蘖干重和平均叶绿素含量分别减少1.8%、10.5%、10.6%和1.7%;灌溉咸水浓度为3.5 g/L时平均株高、平均叶面积指数、平均分蘖干重和平均叶绿素含量较1.5 g/L时分别减少4.6%、22.8%、22.0%和3.6%;灌溉咸水浓度为4.5 g/L时平均株高、平均叶面积指数、平均分蘖干重和平均叶绿素含量较1.5 g/L时分别减少8.5%、29.0%、27.6%和5.6%.灌溉咸水浓度越高,对冬小麦生长的抑制作用越大.
Plant height,leaf area index,dry weight of tillers and chlorophyll content of winter wheat irrigated with different concentrations of saline water(1.5,2.5,3.5 and 4.5 g/L) was studied when the ground water level is 2 m.The results showed that average plant height was 58.9 cm,average leaf area index was 5.69,average dry weight of tillers was 1.41 g,and average chlorophyll content was 26.39 mg/L when the concentration of saline water is 1.5 g/L(as control);When the concentration is 2.5 g/L,average plant height,average leaf area index,average dry weight of tillers and average chlorophyll content decreased by 1.8%、10.5%、10.6% and 1.7% rseparately compared with control;When the concentration is 3.5 g/L,average plant height,average leaf area index,average dry weight of tillers and average chlorophyll content decreased by 4.6%、22.8%、22.0% and 3.6% rseparately compared with control;When the concentration is 4.5 g/L,average plant height,average leaf area index,average dry weight of tillers and average chlorophyll content decreased by 8.5%、29.0%、27.6% and 5.6% rseparately compared with control.The growth inhibition of saline water on winter wheat was increased with the increase of concentration.
