苏中地区专业镇城乡规划一体化研究——以东台市溱东镇为例

Study on Urban-rural Integrated Planning of Specialized Towns in Central Jiangsu——Taking Example for Qindong Town of Dongtai City

以苏中地区溱东不锈钢专业镇城乡一体化发展为例,分析了现行规划体系中存在的问题,提出了专业镇城乡一体化发展路径为统筹城乡空间布局、城乡产业发展、城乡基础设施建设、城乡公共服务、城乡生态环境5个方面,为专业镇的城乡规划一体化指明了发展方向。

The existing problems in the current planning system were analyzed by taking the urban-rural integrated development of Qindong stainless steel specialized town in the central area of Jiangsu province as a case,and the urban-rural integrated development paths of specialized towns were put forward from the following 5 aspects： overall consideration of urban and rural spatial layout,urban and rural industrial development,rural and urban infrastructure construction,rural and urban public service,and rural and urban ecological environment.The author pointed out the developmental direction of urban-rural integrated planning of specialized towns.
