摘要 单磷酸腺苷(adenosine monophosphate,AMP)激活的蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase,AMPK)作为一种能量调控器,在脑缺血时能被激活,活化的AMPK对缺血后脑组织的物质和能量代谢、神经元的损伤和修复、血管和神经的再生等均可产生重要影响。开展AMPK对缺血性脑损伤作用的研究,有望为脑缺血性疾病的治疗提供一个新的方向和靶点。 AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK) is an important energy regulator that may be activated in cerebral ischemia.The activation of AMPK has important effects on nutrient and energy metabolisms,neuronal damage and repair,angiogenesis,and neurogenesis.Clarification of the role of AMPK in ischemic brain injury may provide a new guide and idea for the treatment of ischemic diseases.
