摘要
利用常压气体作为流动介质,以流出系数平均相对误差、线性度和不确定度为评价指标,通过实流实验和仿真,研究内锥流量计管道适配性和上游组合管件对测量性能的影响。根据实验结果,为保证相对误差在可接受范围,给出对于不同形式的上游组合管件内锥流量计对前直管段长度的建议。结合仿真,在相同工况下对内锥流量计和传统孔板流量计节流区后部流场进行分析。
The experiment medium is air of normal pressure. The relative error of the average discharge coefficient,linearity and uncertainty are the evaluating criteria. By experiment and simulation, the effects of pipe fitting and upstream fittings combinations on the performance of measurement are researched. According to the experiment results, to guarantee the relative error within a certain range, suggestions on installation requirements for cone flowmeter are given for different upstream fitting combinations. By simulation, the after flow field of throttle of cone flowmeter and orifice meter are compared in the same situation.
