摘要
根据Beer-Lambert定理和红外吸收原理,研究了红外传感器的工作原理,设计了一种CO2气体体积分数测量装置。简要说明了整个装置的架构,硬件设计和软件程序设计。并利用Matlab对体积分数在0%~20%之间的测量数据进行了拟合,相关系数在0.98以上。该测量装置可对CO2体积分数进行实时准确的测量,稳定性好、体积小。
The working principle of infrared sensors is studied and a gas volume fraction measuring device for CO2 is designed, according to Beer-Lambert law and infrared absorption principle. A brief description of the whole architecture of the device is illustrated, including the design of hardware and software. Matlab is used to fit measurement datas of volume fraction ranges from 0 % -20 %, the correlation coefficient achieves above 0.98. This device can measure the volume fraction of CO2 accurately in real time, and has good stability and small in size.
