摘要
为解决传统曲轴动态检测费时费力的问题,基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术,研制出一种测量曲轴轴径与径跳的智能测量仪,其精度高、稳定可靠,具备算法处理、操作方便、显示直观、可联网通信等功能。通过对测量结果数据分析,该设备完全满足曲轴在线检测的各项技术要求。
It is time-consuming that the traditional way of measuring crankshaft axle diameters and radial runout. To solve this problem, based on PLC technology, an intelligent measuring instrument for measuring crankshaft radial run-out is developed. It has high precision, algorithm processing, convenient operation, display intuitive, stable and reliable, networking communication function and so on. Through analysis on the measurement results data, this equipment completely meet the crankshaft on-line detection of all technology requirements.
