摘要
目的总结36例心脏黏液瘤外科治疗的经验。方法回顾性分析36例心脏黏液瘤病例手术资料,左房黏液瘤25例,右房黏液瘤11例,均在体外循环下行黏液瘤摘除。结果所有患者手术顺利,无手术死亡。随访1～3年心功能恢复良好,无复发。结论术中应注意麻醉诱导与插管方法,选择恰当的手术径路,防止瘤体破碎、脱落造成栓塞,切除黏液瘤要彻底。
Objective Summing - up the experience of surgical treatment for 36 cases of atrial myxomas. Methods Between January 1998 and January 2011,36 patients underwent evaluation and treatment for atrial myxomas. Results There were no operation or hospital mortality or severe morbidities. 36 patients were follow - up for a mean duration of 37 months. There were no late deaths and the patients quality of life was improved significantly. Conclusion Complete surgical resection, when possible,is only choice for the treatment of primary cardiac myxomas. Prognosis after surgical excision is usually excellent.
