摘要
大学与幼儿园伙伴合作是促进教师专业成长的有效途径。X师范大学与L企业集团幼教中心的伙伴合作在促进教师专业发展上获得了不少有益经验,但也在结构、情境、过程等层面存在一些问题。大学与幼儿园伙伴合作关系的发展需要提供制度保障、建立伙伴合作机制、优化伙伴合作团队等。
University-kindergarten partnership is an effective approach to promoting teachers' professional growth. Partnership between X Normal University and Preschool Education Center of L Group has acquired positive experience in this aspect but demonstrated problems as well in terms of structure, situation and procedure. University-kindergarten partnership needs system guarantee, partnership mechanism and partnership team optimization.
