摘要
在以乡镇中心幼儿园为主导的乡(镇)村一体化管理模式下,建立切实可行的农村幼教点教学管理规范是抓好农村幼教点教学管理工作的有效措施,也是提高农村幼教点保教质量的基础。经过几年的摸索与实践,我们构建了一套园本化的教学管理规范,具体包括实行网络化管理,构建交互联动的组织管理体系;注入课程园本化理念,构建具有本地特色的课程管理规范;教研训结合,构建问题引领式的教研活动规范;实施程序化操作,构建精细化的一日教学规范;多层面推进,构建齐头并进式的园本培训规范;推行过程化评价,构建多元化的考核机制。
In town-village integrated management, with the township central kindergarten playing a leading role, the construction of management specification in rural preschool branches is the effective measure to guarantee the management and quality of the rural branches. With years of experiment and practice, we have constructed a system of kindergarten-oriented management specification which includes a interactive network management system, a localized curriculum system, combination of teaching, researching and training, a standardized procedure of daily teaching, multiple promoting of kindergarten-oriented training and a multiple assessment mechanism.
