摘要
强化应用型学前教育专业本科生实践能力的培养是高校学前教育专业人才培养改革的重点。针对目前学前教育专业本科生实践能力培养的薄弱环节.高校学前教育专业应着力推进以实践能力培养为目标的教学改革,建构突出实践能力培养的课程体系和课程内容,加强校内实践技能训练和校外实践教学管理,搭建实践教学平台,加强实践指导教师队伍建设,从而不断提高幼教人才培养质量。
Improving practical competence of undergraduates in ECE programs has always been the focus of reforms in ECE programs in higher education institutions. According to the working characteristics of applied undergraduates in ECE programs, a practical competence-targeted reform should be promoted, in which a curriculum that emphasizes practical competence be established, on-campus skill training and off-campus teaching practice be intensified so that more teaching practice opportunity can be offered and instructor team in teaching practice can be strengthened.
